Our Director has over 20 years experience as a security manager and consultant. Mr. C,  Bobb began his professional career as a commanding officer. He continued his career as a consultant for several firms where he was responsible for corporate protection unit, risk assessments, and tactical training and restructuring tactical divisions.
During his career he has consulted with many companies across a broad, on an array of assignments, including security solutions, valuation, intellectual property strategies. Mr. Bobb has served as a consultant and expert in various commercial damages and corporate restructuring related engagements.
He has also served as VIP protection specialist on numerous occasions, providing his expertise on many high-profile engagements in Trinidad and in many foreign countries.
Most recently Mr. Bobb who also serves as The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is the corporation's top executive who is responsible for security. The CSO serves as the business leader responsible for the development, implementation and management of the organization’s corporate security vision, strategy and programs.
They direct staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of financial, physical, and personal risk; establish appropriate standards and risk controls associated with intellectual property; and direct the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures related to data security.
Mr. Bobb was a managing director and operating committee member in the Corporate Executive Protection Programs, serving as a Commanding Officer for the Tactical Team. He also served on the Development Committee, providing guidance to the development of the security industry.
Mr. Bobb is leader and visionary in the security industry. He serves as the backbone and core leader at MTAC, bringing a wealth of experience and skill in the security industry; he is precepted at the rank of Estate Inspector. He has brought up MTAC to be one of the leading firms in the country.
